Question 1

How to deposit

Accepted Answer

Deposits are made in crypto to your personal address and credited to your balance in US dollars, with no deposit fee.

Question 2

Coins, networks and minimums

Accepted Answer

One coin can travel on several networks. Pick the one your exchange uses and check its minimum on the deposit screen.

Question 3

How long does a deposit take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the network: from a couple of minutes on TRON, Solana or TON to about an hour on Bitcoin.

Question 4

My deposit has not arrived

Accepted Answer

Check the confirmations, the network and the memo. Still nothing after an hour? Write to us with the transaction hash.

Question 5

Sent on the wrong network or without a memo

Accepted Answer

Such transfers are not credited automatically. Write to us: sometimes they can be recovered, but not always.

Question 6

Paying straight from your crypto wallet

Accepted Answer

On some networks the deposit screen offers "Pay with wallet": your browser wallet sends the transfer to your own address.
