Question 1

What are quick markets (Up or Down)?

Accepted Answer

Short windows on a coin's price: will it close at or above the open? You bet at fixed odds and know your payout in advance.

Question 2

How the odds are formed

Accepted Answer

Each side costs the current market price for the same coin and window plus a 2% margin. Payout = stake / price, fixed when you bet.

Question 3

Window lengths and when betting closes

Accepted Answer

Windows last 5, 15, 60 minutes. Betting closes before the end: 60 s for 5 minutes, 120 s for 15 minutes, 300 s for an hour.

Question 4

"Betting is closed": what it means

Accepted Answer

The window has stopped taking bets before its end. Bets already placed stay; bet on the next window.

Question 5

Why betting is paused

Accepted Answer

Without a fresh market price, or while our own price feed is updating, the odds pause for a few seconds. Bets already placed keep their odds.

Question 6

Why the odds changed when I bet

Accepted Answer

Prices move with the market. If your side got dearer by more than 1 pp while you were confirming, we ask you to confirm the new odds.

Question 7

How the result is decided and when a window is refunded

Accepted Answer

The result comes from our own price feed (Coinbase, Binance as a fallback): UP if the close is at or above the open. A window without a price is cancelled and refunded.

Question 8

Stakes: minimum, maximum and bonus money

Accepted Answer

A stake is from $1 up to $5,000 per bet; a window's risk limit can lower the maximum on one side.
