They come from users trading Yes and No shares on OCTORAX. Supply news, inventory reports and central bank moves change what traders expect, and the price follows.

A share of the correct outcome pays $1 and a share of a wrong outcome pays nothing. The minimum order is 1 in shares, and you can sell before settlement at the current price.

The benchmark named in the rules, such as an exchange’s official settlement price for a contract on a given date. Intraday highs and lows count only when the rules say so.
